Head of Business Advisory and Business DevelopmentImad Abou Nasr is the managing partner of Abou Nasr & Associates SAL (AN&A sal), based in Beirut, Lebanon, as well as the founder of Direct Business & Investment Limited (DBI), located in Erbil, Iraq.

Imad Abou Nasr is the managing partner of Abou Nasr & Associates SAL (AN&A sal), based in Beirut, Lebanon, as well as the founder of Direct Business & Investment Limited (DBI), located in Erbil, Iraq. Imad leads business development and strategy services for both AN&A sal and DBI accounting and advisory firms. He is an active member of the BKR International association and has over 20 years’ experience in real estate, contracting, and advisory services.
Prior to Abou Nasr and Associates sal, Imad was the founder and managing partner of Mezzanine Interior Contracting in Beirut, Lebanon, an interior company that provided fit-out services to architects and end users. Before founding Mezzanine, Imad gained his experience as an independent contractor executing mid-size projects in Beirut, Lebanon, and as the commercial director for Brei, a Beirut-based real estate development company.
Imad has been an active member of BKR International since 2011, as well as a member of the Board of BKR International EMEA region from 2016 to 2022. Imad received his BA in Urban Studies from Concordia University, in Montreal, Canada, and his MBA in Business administration from Paris Dauphine – IAE Sorbonne, Université St. Joseph.Amanda Couzi

Bringing over 16 years of experience in audit, tax, payroll, accounting and finance, Amanda Couzi is the Managing Director of Abou Nasr & Associates – an independent member of BKR International - a top ten global accounting association. Amanda is responsible for all technical aspects of the firm, as well as oversight over the audit and accounting departments.
Prior to joining Abou Nasr and Associates (AN&A), Amanda held several positions where she worked directly with government institutions, including the Tax and Social Security Directorates and the Ministry of Finance. This firsthand experience allowed Amanda to set up a training department within AN&A, which offers startups, freelancers, and team members a platform to develop their taxation and finance skills, keep them up-to-date on the everchanging laws, and help them manage the complexities of their clients’ businesses.
Amanda was the winner of the 2017 BKR International EMEA Scholarship Award in honor of exemplary academic performance in the accounting profession. She also represents AN&A firm in various leadership conferences throughout Europe and EMEA, in addition to attending the worldwide meetings of BKR International.
Amanda is currently working on her Doctorate of Business Administration at the Paris School of Business, and she is a trainee member at the Lebanese Association of Certified Public Accountants (LACPA). Amanda is a member of BKR International EMEA Tax committee and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in Audit and Accounting. -
